What does one do with an 800 year old church after it's already been used as bike storage? Well, you use it as a book store.
My dearest friend, T, that unfortunately stay far too far away across the pond, told me about this and I just had to share. Have you ever seen a more beautiful bookstore? I thought not.
The Merkx + Girod architect team did a very good job of converting this beautiful old church into Boekhandel Selexyz Dominicanen; modern fittings, yet keeping the charm and feel of the old church.
