Not sugarcoating the fa(c)ts..

My friends will tell you I'm not really one for sweet things. Truth be told, I have a bit of a sweet tooth. Ok, full disclosure; I am addicted to any and every thing that contains sugar, even the remotest traces of sugar. 

Hence me finding the site Fat or Fiction quite interesting, not so much for confirming all the bad things I prefer not to know, but the clever way in which they've illustrated it. Think of it as a real-life infographic.
