I have long been a fan of Cocoa ChaChi, the Cocoa branch in Observatory. I'm confident that anyone that's ever been have would not have been able to resist going back for more, and more and more .. you get the picture :-)
When a friend, LB, suggest we do breakfast my first thought was: WIMPY! Laugh not people, Wimpy makes a mean breakfast and their coffees never disappoint. The nearest Wimpy is St. George's Mall, but is unfortunately closed on Sundays.
I suddenly remembered I've always wanted to try the Cocoa, Cocoa Oola, on Kloof str. We did, and we were not disappointed; their R25 & R29 breakfast specials are unbeatable - and great value for money. I can also high recommend the more-ish Chai Latte.
The setting and decor is is ideal for a quiet Sunday (or Saturday for that matter) breakfast - sit at the window bar-seats and you have a great view of Table Mountain.
Visit them, any of the four branches for that matter - you will not be disappointed.
They have sweet stuff, and you will definitely like it ;-)
